Short week, thank god, and today's the only really hot day (heat index of 110, blergh). It's supposed to be only mid 80s on the 4th which will be nice for fireworks and cooking out

My sister had the fistula problem a few years ago but had surgery and she's fine now. Sorry to hear about your woes, m'lady! Intestinal problems are no fun. :(
Be careful with the lawn mowing. I had to stop frequently to rest when I still mowed because the machine I had really needed a push, and on very hot days it could be dangerous. Hydrate well! :)
