*sigh* Well, at least we got our first loss over with and it wasn't a total embarrassment. I still hate losing in the last couple minutes after leading most of the game but that seems to be the way we do things in this Champions Classic thing (see last year). But I hate more winning like the first 15 games and being on edge all the time waiting ( Read more... )

Basically we can support our men but if they want say a football watching group (or a men's drum circle etc.), they need to form it!

Oh, and KU football lost yet another heartbreaker. In three games against ranked teams, if just a couple plays had gone differently, we'd have won. I have high hopes for playing ISU here at home this Saturday.

Sound to me like YOU could form the football-watching group LOL!

Yes. Getting the ol' blood sugar under control takes time. Lots of it.

And, yes, exercise is so very important.

Red meat bad? Meh. I eat it. Very lean red meat. It doesn't mess with my blood sugar. I don't eat any kind of meat all that often though. So maybe the not-often-ness overcomes the red-meat-ness. *grin*
