Here in BC, a car full of kids would get pulled over. I'm not sure what the actual restriction is, but if you're a new driver, you can't have a bunch of other kids in the car with you, even if everyone has a license too.

Well yeah that seemed pretty obvious. I got pulled over once for not looking old enough to drive. My 16 year old friend Greg was in the car with me, and the car was in my dad's name. However, I was 2 weeks shy of my 19th birthday ;)
