IT IS IN!!!!! THE DISSERTATION HAS BEEN HANDED IN!!!!!

I went into Uni earlier and printed it all off and it looked all shiny.  Then I bound it all and I handed it in about two hours ago.  It feels very strange to not have it now, and it was very weird letting it go once Id bound it all, but it is very cool that its all handed in XD

And, imo, Last Samurai is a great topic for a dissertation. I don't even want to imagine what kind of boring thing I'll have to do... (uhm, might come in handy there to actually decide what I want to study first?) I think I could write 5 pages from scratch about the Lord of the Rings film music, but that's because I am an obsessive fan and making-of addicted, not because I'm a musical genius =)

The Last Samurai is an interesting one to do for a dissertation. I wanted to do a film cause it was easier to look at the history and the music of it (seeing as Im doing music with history).
I think I could write muchos pages about LOTR as well, but Im not sure much of it would make academic sense for Im sure it would end up being obsessive fan talk! Which reminds me... Im going to have to watch them all back to back soon...
