I love the Iowa universe ALOT. I held out for a long time, even after I knew Cate, because I'm like "they're in Iowa...on a farm...raising their son...and they don't leave?" But then I started reading it and realized "yes! they're in Iowa on a farm raising their son and they don't need to leave! GREATNESS!"

I have no words to describe how much John, Rodney and Finn live in the part of my heart which will always belong to Iowa. And... it was the first SGA fic I ever read (I wasn't even a fan of the show at the time) so what an amazing introduction to the fandom and a lot to live up to.
