That'll be the day when we have mini Daleks! Why is the BBC budget going down? Is there any important reason? Me, down in the south of the USA, I would have no idea whatsoever.

Old school BBC ran on micro budgets and the original Dr. Who often suffered from that. :) As can be evidenced from its special effects of the time.
