In Memoriam...Rest now Daddy

My father, Alfred Magliochetti III, died this evening. He was 63 yrs old. He had lung cancer. All he wanted was to die at home, peacefully, in his sleep. He got what he wanted, and is no longer in pain or suffering. I think he may have ended it himself, but I'll never know for sure, nor do I think it's that important any more.. I'm so sorry to hear that, sweetie. I know from your posts, though, that your dad had been suffering, so he's at peace now. I'll keep you and your family in my thoughts.

*hugs* i just hate that i can't jump in the car and drive down there right now.

and i agree that it doesn't matter if he did do anything to advance the time; wheather or not he did, this was on HIS terms! and there's nothing wrong with that. i think that's how Pop wanted it and that's how he got it.

though i am gonna miss his wonderful range of tit jokes.

Pop will be missed.
