What a lovely tree! I love the Slytherin theme.
Some of the producers of glass ornaments in Germany make some pretty cool stuff they sell at Christmas fairs each year. I'll have to check for HP-related stuff next year, maybe I can find something to add to your tree.

Oh your tree looks great this year! And I love that you got the Snape cutout! He looks fabulous, Santa hat and all! I think the Disney version of Hogwarts castle looks perfect. I love how it lights up! I'm glad you were able to track it down.

And your Lucius plushie is utterly adorable. Love him!
