I'll have to tell him that. Maybe he can send in a million requests for game pieces or whatever and win a PSP.

Another random tidbit -- in some states and territories it's illegal to have a giveaway that requires a purchase -- that's why "no purchase necessary", and such call-in venues are there.

Elaborating on harmonysong's tidbit -- if you have to buy into it, many states consider that gambling.
