How to make this:
or this:

- start of with a grey 100x100 base. Make sure that it is sharpened and that the main thing in the picture isn’t in the middle. So if you’re going to use some people, make sure that you don’t only see the top of the head.

- Put on a white part 100x54.

- Now where going to do the main picture. Make a new image from 100x50. If it is needed sharpen the picture.

- Put on a layer filled with #070123. Set it on exclusion at 50%

- Put on another layer filled with #dcc7a6. Set it on multiply

- Copy the base (where still bizzy with the 100x50 image) and put in on top. Set it on hard light.

- Copy this all together and add it on the other base. Right now you can see a white line above and underneath the picture.

Your done right now. If you want to add a little more to the icon you can follow these 2 steps.

- Copy the white part. Use gaussiaanse softening at 25. Put the layer on overlay at 50%. Not a big difference it just lightened up the picture a little. This layer needs to be on top of the white part and underneath the main picture.

- Put on a red spot on top. Use gaussiaanse softening at 25. Put it on overlay 30%

ps. it looks better when you save in a better quality..
