that movie was filmed in my home town of chico (well, the forest scenes were) ...my grandfather was an extra in one of the large crowd shots. :)

That's pretty cool. I'm reminded of what I had seen from the behind-the-scene feature on the movie, which also included shots of Chico locals partaking a box lunch between takes. Have you seen it?
