This was perfect! I loved Jake on SPN and it's awesome that Logan was so affected by his performance in it :D And Jake is so sneaky, knowing exactly how to push Logan's buttons.

I've seen the movie for Lightning Thief and read the book, but I've never read any of the other books and now I really want to.

I'm so glad you liked it, bb. I first saw Jake in SPN and loved him, which was one reason why I really wanted to see the PJO films, aside from my obsession with Greek myth. XD

I would LOVE that, too, and you're right, there are plenty of examples of successful canon slash. All of CLAMP's works, not just TRC, are vaguely homoerotic and they're among my favorite manga, though I love your other examples, FAKE and Gravitation, too. Also, CONAN! It's been so long since I saw him, lol.
