Three Sentence AU Fic Meme

Sep 14, 2011 15:32

Taken from the wonderful synnerxx, because it looks like a lot of fun and I won't feel guilty about neglecting suitsbigbang if it's only three sentences - but just be prepared for possible run-ons, okay? Anything goes (ex. Suits, SPN, etcetera)! =)

THREE SENTENCE AU MEME

Supernatural, Sam/Lucifer, Masseuse AU! ladyknightanka September 17 2011, 19:52:35 UTC
Last one! I genuinely hope these haven't made you regret adding me, bb, but in my defense, at least you'll never have to defend Samifer to me. XDD

-

Sam blamed his brothers for this, he thought grumpily, attempting to rub a persistent kink out of his neck. Who would have thought that Adam would get sick at college and require Dean to mother him, or that said mothering would get Dean just as sick, both of Sam's brothers back home, and Sam designated to the couch?

“Sam Winchester?” a sultry voice inquired, jolting him into straightening his back against his waiting room chair and meeting the newcomer's amused eyes, of a icy baby blue. Sam snapped his jaw shut, absorbing the tussled blond hair and a smirk that matched the man's eyes, before figuring that this wouldn't be so bad, after all. He might even have to thank his irksome siblings.

FAVORITE.

The only way I could possibly regret adding you after all this wonderful writing is the fact you're a tease. You really are a bloody tease, cutting it off right when things get interesting, when the potential for big things pops up. It's like you intentionally pick that big, precariously placed moment. Which, you probably do. :)

I loved this from the second sentence because Adam. I adored Adam and after first meeting him, kept imagining a world where things went just slightly different. I wanted a world where he lived, where Sam and Dean visited him, or maybe where he changed majors and became a researcher to help them on cases. I just... I pictured him living and being a part of Sam and Dean's lives. so, him being part of this? Excellent ( ... )

We're going to love each other, I can already tell. I actually worried whether you'd mind Adam's inclusion, because a lot of fans vehemently despise him, but I also found him the most adorable thing since JtS and only loved him more in PoNR, so I couldn't resist. In fact, I run adamwinchester, a fan-community dedicated to him, and I envision AU's with him a lot, too. After all, that would give us even more of mothering!Dean, and who could have enough? XDD

You're completely welcome, bb! I enjoyed learning more about you and had fun on each and every one of these. In fact, when SBB is done, I can probably come back and expand this into a real fic, so you don't think me a tease anymore. ♥

*claps hands* Oh, goodie, how delightful. :) Adam is always a welcome addition to me because, like you, I thought he was absolutely adorable. It's possible that I was already slightly endeared to him just because Jake Abel was also in Percy Jackson, though. Regardless, I was so happy to see him in PoNR and I wish he'd been brought back in season six as well. Hell, why not John, too? Why give us Samuel and not the fine Winchester men? Are they too noble or something?

Ooh, I'll have to check that out, thank you! Mothering Dean may or may not be a weakness of mine. :)

I'm torn between being delighted at the prospect of more and calling you a tease by hanging the idea of more in front of me when it's so far away! So, see, you're still a tease and I would love to see more of this. ♥

I loved Jake in PJO, too! And I found it amusing how similar Luke and Adam are (mostly in the PJO books, since the movie hasn't delved into his past yet). And I agree, Samuel was okay when Dean went back to the past, but neither he nor the other Campbells (who were completely underwhelming, tbh) compare. I WANT AN AWESOME ADAM PLOTLINE THIS SEASON! D:

Mothering Dean is a universal weakness. It's scientifically proven...by science.

Ahh, I'm sorry! I'll try not to have it be TOO far away. I mean, I don't get to write Sam/Lucifer or AU's often enough. I'm making pretty good progress on SBB, too, so I might be done soon. How are you doing via word-count and all that fun stuff?

Everything can be blamed on Adam. It's adorable that Dean would drag himself up to go and look after Adam (I'm expecting with some resistance? XD), only to catch the lurgy himself and share it with Sam. Oh, family; so tragic. But well worth it when it brings such blond masseurs into the house! Would this be one of those massages with happy endings? ;P

Yes, Adam wholeheartedly protests to both Sam allocating the blame to him AND Dean deciding he needs looking after, because obviously a college student is a mature adult. *nods* I honestly adore writing Adam in alternate universes where he's not just the other brother, but the baby brother of two overprotective men, even if I think there would still be a bit of awkwardness because of the whole brother-from-another-mother issue.

A happy ending was listed on Lucy's brochure, and Sam wants the most for his money, so I believe that's accurate. ;)
