My Amell Warden ended up with Alistair, but she actually went for Leliana initially. I ended up putting that fact into my fanon, heh. I also like the possibility that Leliana, being a Seeker, purposely tried to make the Warden fall for her, though it ends up backfiring on her should the Warden truly reciprocate (i.e. she falls in love with the Warden herself).
Leliana tells to the Warden at one point that she used to make people fall for her to get what she wanted from them, so I wouldn't be surprised if that was her initial intent.
I actually have two Amell Wardens. The one in the picture was totally in love with Leliana, while the second ended up with Warden Alistair (after a short affair with Zev, I think).
