Oh, the drama (no, for real)

I wanted so badly to stay in a good mood; the weekend absolutely rocked, and I wanted to ride the contentment out as long as I could… but, as tends to happen, life has conspired against me. Most things I could have blown off- and a lot of the work!drama I had- I really don’t care that much about it anymore- but there are some things that just ( Read more... )

I would take legal action, especially if its written as the verbal agreement.

Only other things i have to say on the matter wont help, so I wont.

Thats bloody stupid ><;.

Yeah I think its time to get legal action out too. =hugs= They didn't give you any paperwork about the change nor said it verbally thats wrong on many levels.

Timeshare people are in a lot of trouble over here because of the way they sell to people.

For the longest time I didn't understand what a time share was and then I finally tripped into a pitch for one. Thankfully I walked away without purchasing anything, but I will admit they really do make a good pitch.

I am definitely one of the people time share sales people hate. I don't take week long "vacations"... Ever. My paid vacation days are quite precious to me and I'm not going to burn 5 out of 10 to be in one place. I'm gonna use them to go lots of places like different anime conventions or trips to visit family, etc. Nor am I going to get a time share now and start using it when I have more vacation days.

In any case that is totally messed up. I hope you have copies of the paperwork so you can check to see if it truely stated the deal he was pitching. I hope this issue can be resolved and that you guys win in the end.

With so many witnesses to the sales pitch, I think you definitely have a solid footing for legal action if this can't be worked out. I hope so, at least. *hugs much*
