According to the Herald it wasn't money it was 'we wanted a local morning show'. I have to admit, I love me some T&R, but I don't think they format they have works well in the AM.

It sure makes that e-mail I got a couple of weeks interesting, huh? First, Patrice is 'too racial' and now its all 'we wanted a local morning show'. YOu know this was the plan all along. Pussies.

the herald, high quality news reporting done there. i've never been a big fan of T&R and i can think on one hand the number of times that they've had a bit that made me laugh. i think you're right - their format isn't really AM friendly, plus their reputation for alcohol will make things interesting.

i had the same line of thought in regard to your email. i'm sure he knew when he wrote that. ant mentioned it again this morning, but it will be interesting to hear opie's take when he gets in tomorrow. for the moment, i'm just dloading the shows and figuring out when i can listen to them. i think i'll start listening on the way home and then stop it at some point and listen to the rest in the morning and on the way into work. at least that way i can keep listening w/o XM for the moment.
