I love when crack fic turns out to be so much more. I just went back and read all three parts, and this is amazing. It's shocking how much Trist the cat is like Jared the man with the devotion to Jensen and strong need for touch.

I saw in a previous post that you mentioned Trist needed renaming, but I think the name's kinda cool.

I have no problem seeing Jared in Trist, at all. You mention it in the notes on the first story, dontcha? I'm not sure why, but changing the name to Jared would make him less ... kitten-like.

My Piff kitty is like Trist-sweet. He loves to be around people so much that he'd rather be loved on than eat. I get tired of carrying him around before he does.
