Heh.
This fic is going so much longer than I ever dreamed.
I keep going "Okay, next chapter, I'll start the three-chapter run that'll bring everything to the conclusion" and then I get another idea and it /has/ to go before those three chapters, so I write it and plan that /next/ chapter will be three-from-the-end.

Glad you're enjoying this self-indulgent little monster as much as I'm enjoying reading it.

Heh. This fic is all about writing the scenes that make me happy in my head. Ah, the work I go to to get Jensen in glasses or the boys in suits or to let them play with the dogs. :)

I totally wanted to write a fic about two people in love and all the little things that get in the way and make it tricky. Glad you're enjoying it.

Somehow Jared's being a lot less confident than I expected, and it's yielding some delicious low-level tension. I'm about 1000 words into ch 8, wherein there's a little clash of experience levels.

I really enjoy writing about people who are really in love and really try to treat each other right, and all the little things that might get in the way.

Oh, dear, Jensen and Jared in spiffy suits! *swoon* And I love how they just sort of naturally come to be living together part time and how Jensen's concerned about Jared's future.

Jensen would hate himself if he was the reason Jared's career got derailed. He'd hate to take something away that Jared loves.
