We bought a Danish/midcentury modern dining set, the table reminiscent of a Jetson's esthetic, and chairs with chenille seats that need recovering. I keep hoping to find The Perfect Fabric, which would be for chair seats, and valances for the only window in the room, plus the windows in the adjacent living room. I'll find it. May take years....
One thing I learned from losing all of my supplies and someday-projects in the fire is to not wait for perfect to enjoy the fun things. Find a fabric that's close and enjoy your stuff. :)
