The very idea that somebody can be sold ready-programmed to go even further in attack/defend mode than a Secret Service agent sworn to defend the President is fascinating enough, but you've made it so much hotter than that, by using Karl as your not just unconditional but god-damn dysfunctional security asset.

I just stumbled across this story and I'm absolutely enthralled. Karl is an amazing character and Matt's need for him is hot and perhaps distressingly understandable. I would love love love to see more of this story.
