I love that one of Jared's immediate thoughts when he sees Jensen shaved is that his blood is clotting properly. That's an absolutely perfect detail, because after all the rat poison, of course he would be thinking of that. I also love Jensen rebuilding the silverware, and strategizing how it should go, and the little glimpse of Jeff's backstory. Yay!
