So I just got back from seeing MALEFICENT.

It sounds awfully good - thanks for the review. Jolie has that mythic quality, at least I thought so in Beowulf.

No problem! And I haven't seen Beowulf, but yeah, she really does, especially here. They did a really spectacular job with her makeup and all; she looks a lot like Maleficent. And yeah, it's an amazingly good movie.

This is a rather late reply, but I’m interested to hear that you liked the movie. I had really wanted to see it when it first came out, but since then, I’ve been hearing mixed reviews. On the one hand, there are people who did like the movie, but on the other, there are people who hated it
