Regarding Fantasia...I saw it, yes, but I can't exactly say I...enjoyed it, really. Now that I'm older, I think I can appreciate it more.

As for Snow White, yeah, her high-pitched voice always kind of rubbed me the wrong way. And I did wonder why she had short hair, if she was supposed to be this medieval princess. It's kind of funny, though, that for all that the forest scene comes across as scary, it still remains kind of a Big-Lipped Alligator Moment, since it's never brought up again or seems to have had any lasting impact on Snow White.

Huh. Interesting thought. I'll admit I never really thought of that. :)

And yeah, that donkey scene...that scared me too. 0.0. And it raises a lot of questions...most with pretty horrifying answers, really. :( Probably one reason I didn't like PINOCCHIO much as a kid; the others being Stromboli and Monstro. I like it a bit more now, but those guys still scare me. 0.0.
