I didn't manage to do all 26 for a lack of time (and inspiration), but I did 11 icons for 11 letters.

So, I took the plunge two weeks ago. I went all-Photoshop. Before that, I was using a program-that-I-will-not-name because it's to be forgotten since it very difficult to get the hang of and often makes crappy artwork.
