Gahhhh, our Clark, that scene tore my heart in two tbh, I couldn't decide (when watching) whether to be really angry with our Clark or what, her face killlllllls me in that moment!
Yes, yes! That scene was so sordid to write and just sad. He's such a dick, he has feelings for her but he's such a broken, ruined person and the whole relationship is just a broken, horrible thing for both of them but especially for her. I'm glad that got across. And basically it fulfilled my kink for generally fucked up lives because I'm a naturally cynical person for about half the year, and think most lives are pretty fucked up in general, it was nice to write this :). I am a sick person, lol
Thank you for your feedback!!!

Yes, that's it, there's always a pull, I think --- even if it's totally messed up.
Gah, they hurt my heart these two, to see them like this :( - THANK YOU so much for your feedback!

But I loved it!
I really loved how you described AULois' meeting with RWClark and it's effect on her.
And that last part, I think that's what I saw with AULois so much. This weariness, this settling, and it would be enough because it was what it was. Durance really nailed that.
Fantastic as always Maggs!

I think writing this story made me like Luthor a WHOLE lot more, I just needed to work through it a little lol. LOL, I'm a crazy one so I found the pseudo-incestuous relations really fascinating and scary and yucky and disturbing; and I think there's a whole backstory to come up with where it would make total sense that those two would gravitate to each other because of that awful Luthor situation and the kind of family it was. But I still am annoyed the show didn't have time to make the Clois angle more complicated --- felt like the agenda was all about playing out Cless, which is fine, but seemed fan-servicey.
I'm glad you liked this :) your wonderful feedback is always of the good :)
