Ohhh, Damon and Bonnie, hopefully my enthusiasm for this pairing will grow again too. He's just so tiresome so much of the time for me, lol. But I think there's more where this came from ;)

Ah, I am so behind! Please forgive me for the delay in responding to your kind feedback!

Thank you so much, that's a keen observation you made there that in some ways she'd become more closed off and he was learning to open himself and somehow they sort of meet in the middle with this story and it just is. That's what I was going for.

I'm re-experiencing my affection for this ship in a way I haven't for many months, so maybe I will write something soon.
