the bare-eyed pigeon

the eared dove

the Caribbean parakeet

the ruby-topaz hummingbird (at least I think it's this one--I saw it from pretty far off, but it had the longer tail, instead of the shorter tail of the blue-tailed emerald)

the tropical mockingbird--what a voice!

Somehow I figured a mockingbird would look flashier, you know?
The troupial is gorgeous!

Mockingbirds are very flashy in flight, with their white-patched wings that catch your eye. But yeah, other than that they're very drab. But their songs make up for it!
