I'm glad they got out of there, I was so antsy for my sweet Pip the longer they stayed. On the road with Burt in charge they'll do just fine. I hope. Pretty please.
Blaine's got awesome instincts--glad he was right and not crazy this time!
Poor Santana. :(
I agree--the only best-case scenario here is that they're together, armed, and know what they're getting into. And hoping the winter will kill off most of the walkers.
If they were going to have to flee again, they've got a good group for it. I'm actually pretty interested to see how everything works out - it'll be the first time for most of these people to see how the others deal with the walkers. I'm betting more than a few people will be surprised at how BAMF Kurt and Blaine are.
Thanks for sharing! I love this 'verse, though I'm beginning to wonder where the group's ultimate destination is. There's only so north you can go and if the virus is contained to the Americas... well, I guess they'd need to know if anyone can sail?
I think it'll be strange for their family. Knowing that other survivors were talking about Kurt before he came into the hospital is one thing. Seeing him as a BAMF in action might be a little stranger.
They do need more permanent plans. Northward and winter are just a stall, and the leaders of the group know it. The problem is, if they head to another continent, would anyone accept this boat of refugees?
Exactly! They're still stuck seeing Kurt either as he was pre-outbreak or weakened from pregnancy. I just can't wait for Kurt to be all badass with his crossbow and Blaine to treat it completely normally and everyone else is just standing around with their jaws hanging.
Good point on where they could go. Assuming they could even survive an oceanic trip, who would take them? Well, maybe Hawaii? Would they be obligated? Or maybe they've succeeded from the Union? Or declared martial law? LOL, I have too much fun thinking about this :D

I bet Hawaii and Alaska are prepared to run themselves. I'm told moose are very mean, and it is damn cold up there.
I don't know if anyone would be obligated, but… maybe they can work something out with wherever they dock.
