I've never been a huge fan of blueberries, but they have tons of antioxidants, improve the immune system, lower cholesterol, aid digestion, and improve urinary tract health, vision, and cardiovascular health.
… so they do everything, basically. I'm going to have to find other ways to eat them, although I could just put them in a morning smoothie.
