This WIP is purely awesome! I love Lex thanking his fangirls by giving them that on-camera hug and fic quote, and I love their ecstatic posting after. (Can't wait to see what happens with the 'candid' shot of Lex and the purple teddy bear!) Also, I can't help being pleased that the despicable AkitaEvita has been drummed off the boards. (For now, anyway, though the bitch will probably try to sneak back under another name. *spits at her...or him*) Great conversation between Lex and Clark, and also between Clark and Chloe. What has me most intrigued is Lex's uncharacteristically vague memories of his time in Smallville; is this something we have Lionel to thank for? *bounces with excitement* Can't wait to see more of this!

Forgot to add this:

From everything Clark knew from intel via the JLA, Lex had gone darker and darker over the years.

Naturally, it's never occurred to Clark that there are those on the JLA who are every bit as determined to think the worst of Lex as Jonathan Kent was.... *glares at Queen, for one*

You're sharp. Clark, however, is kind of gullible sometimes.
