Thanksgiving in the South

So Thanksgiving has come and gone and I still feel full of pie.  I stuffed myself silly on pecan pie, pumpkin cheesecake, turkey, honey ham, mashed potatoes, unidentifiable bean mush.  Aaah a Southern Thanksgiving is definitely one of the best.  It was so odd this year to think how everyone has grown up!  The kids were gone so it was just us '

I never could handle pecan pie. Pecans I like, but I'm not a big fan of molasses.

Adult conversations are the reason that I refuse to grow up. Who wants to talk about work when you can be talking about the new Fantastic Four movie due out in June?
