so spawn and i went to the 12:02 showing of The Dark Knight last night....

it was DA AWESOME!!!

ahem. sorry. i got a little carried away.

it was a great night to go to the movies. full moon, clear and only mildly warm. left the house at 10:30 so we could get there the recommended hour before the picture started. holy crap, the parking lot was full! ( Read more... )

we'll be going to see it on IMAX once its settled down some. i checked. it was sold out up through Sunday. i figure it'll take a couple of weeks before we can go see it on IMAX. i'm looking forward to that.

Thats good to know. A lot of movies don't live up to their hype and wind up being shitty movies. Can't name any off the top of my head, but there have been a few I heard of.
