Birthing a dreamer...

The pain wasn't really all that bad, I have a pretty high tolerance, it was more the annoyance or sadness at certain things being denied or didn't happen, but over all I still wouldn't change a thing in retrospect.
Everything happened as it was meant.

P.s it was good to see you and Ray at con though sadly so briefly.
I'm glad to read you had a great year this year and compared to last year:)
The pix so far are cute:)

What a beautiful birth story...even though there were some low points, it sounds like you really fought hard to let your body do what it needed to and I applaud you for that. You should send your story in to Mothering Magazine. I think it's inspiring and can really help expectant mothers know what they're dealing with in the hospitals. Your Doctor sounds like an arrogant asshole, but I am glad your adorable baby made it into the world safe and sound.

Ahh thanx Lance:)
Looking back it doesn't even seem the same as it did at that time or surprises me what I really did endure and in the first week But regardless of some outcomes I wouldn't change it for the world.

holy cow! you were really put through the wringer, weren't you? i'd already had an idea of what happened from talking to you earlier, but seeing it all laid out in sequence-- man! you did a fantastic job, and don't let anyone tell you anything different.

congratulations again, and thank you so much for posting this. i agree that posting this at mdc is a great idea-- the more that women tell their stories, the better off we all are.

*hugs*
