OK, my costume-loving, corset-wearing lady friends:

What sort of bra would you recommend to wear with a bodice that's shaped like this?

strapless, if you have to wear one... otherwise it looks like it comes up high in the back? Maybe one of those bras where you can cross the straps in the back...

Have you spoken with the maker of the bodice? She might have some recommendations as well and she might consider adding some support to subsequent designs.

I'm going to e-mail her this morning. The bodice does have some support; I'm just worried that it won't be enough.

I would just wear a skin tone camisole underneath the shirt. The corset provides enough support- or at least it would for me.

Well, because of my surgery, I don't have a lot of natural support. So I probably need a bra to help hold things in place.
