my weekend has been ruined

what cosmos of the universe knows that i have a relaxing weekend planned, and then screws it all up?

last night i was supposed to take aimee to the gym, take her out for dinner at coco's, then come home, put her to bed, wait for hubby to get home about 9 ish, and go meet friends for scrapnite at church.  no go!

Aw, I feel for you. Yesterday I received a similar phone call from Tyler's school nurse and had to go pick him up.

But I'm curious... Why the heck did your hubby call you at 10pm to tell you his daughter had puked? She's HIS daughter too. What, he can't clean up puke and care for a sick child for a few hours?

cuz she was asking for me. unfortunately, when the kid are sick, they want me, not him.
hubby isn't real nurturing.
