If it's anything like ours, working there will be a sort of love/hate relationship. You hate working in the resturant business since you've been there so long, but you usually have a good time while you're there.
Also if there check writing system is anything like ours it will be a pain in the ass even when you do learn it. I've turned in white checks late many a time. They have this system: pink checks first for appetizers, then green for salads and then white for entrees. And you have to highlight all the special crap, but hopefully the one there will be much more simplistic.
