I'm glad! It really did take me a while to make up my mind, but in the end it just read better with female ones. Also, if anyone's going to embrace suddenly being biologically female, I feel like it would be Jim. XD

When i first started reading, I'll be honest the pronoun shift really, really annoyed me. But reading further on and pairing it with your explanation, I have to admit, it works very well.
