It was only a matter of time, really. They're so delightfully bitchy, and Benedict Cumberbatch is so pretty, and it's Sherlock Holmes with cell phones and the internet and and and *falls into helpless fangirl squeeing*
I'm glad you liked this! You've gotta admit, the comments are far and away the best part of John's blog; I just had to include some. XD
Sorry, I've missed seeing you update with fic. I haven't seen Sherlock yet, but it's hilariously funny and feels true to a modern version of the original stories.
Yeah, I finished (the first draft of) my Big Bang fic, so I am allowing myself back on LJ! DISTRACT AWAY, INTERNETS!
And OMG you need to go watch Sherlock like, right now. Go. If you're at work, I'm sure they'll understand. I'm usually insanely picky about film/TV versions of the stories (still haven't been able to bring myself to watch the new movie) and I had some serious reservations about a modern-day version. Those reservations lasted, oh, about five minutes in? Maybe seven, seven-and-a-half minutes, tops. IT IS BRILLIANT AND HOLMESY AND SO SO SLASHY.
*ahem*
In any case, I'm glad you liked this! XD It was written primarily in hotel rooms and airplanes (sorry, Sherlock, aeroplanes) on my trip because I just couldn't help myself.
YES! fist pump! I was just checking for more posts, and I found a SHERLOCK FIC?? (Your portrayal of Sherlock is one of the only two or three that I like, so far, so if you can recommend any you like, then please do. Or, you know, write lots more? :P) Anyway, amazing, hilarious and adorable fic. I loved the comments like crazy :D PS- SERIES 2 CONFIRMED! YEEEAAAAAH
*fist bump for Series 2 and loads more gayness to come*
I'm glad you liked this. May I also recommend the Thermodynamics Series and also Lab Book. (I have to say I'm quite partial to the second, mostly because it has a bit of a happier ending. XD They're both brilliant, though.)

I love the comments most of all. There is irony in that, somewhere.
But seriously, insanely awesome. And John, dear snarky cynical John. And Sherlock. Both of them unquantifiably brilliant and ridiculously codependent.
They're never going to have that talk, are they? =)
Loved it, loved it!
