Someone may have convinced me to write a little vignette about Bones and his Sickbay of horrors. o.o

:O Oh noes! The FIEND! Who could've convinced you to write a vignette about evil!Bones?! Isn't that unimaginable cruel, to take an evil plotbunny and set it lose so that it may devour your very soul?! I grieve for the loss of your innocence, should you allow yourself to be forced into delving deeper into the mind of the overseer of said sickbay of horrors and feel like the evil person of nudging that compelled you to revisit that very place should be prosecuted to the utmost harshness available to fandom in general - she shall be made to be your loyal follower throughout all of your fics and ficlets, always at the ready to dole out praise whenever you need uplifting adoration, sprinkling petals of fic lovin' at your feet wherever you turn.

*wanders off with an innocent whistle and goes looking for a jar big enough to hold those aforementioned petals of fic lovin'*

It may please said mysterious fiendish encourager of depravity to know that the proposed third (third? yes? maybe? I think so) part of this Mirrorverse series will involve Bones again. And regular-nu!Spock. And regular-nu!Spock's hands. o.o

Am I bad for seeing how this could be so -- compelling.? Even possibly for 'our' Kirk?

Beautiful story even if a bit terrifying in it's concept. Especially in its concept.

Not at all. I'd have gone into it if I'd had more words to work with (*rolls eyes*), but the whole point is that in the Mirrorverse there's just no way Kirk can resist the idea of bonding with Spock. Not so much because of any feelings he might have--hell, I don't know if he even really likes Spock all that much--but because if they're bonded he knows, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that Spock will do anything and everything in his power to keep Kirk alive and well. So not only does Kirk not have to watch his back around Spock, he knows that someone's actively invested in his wellbeing and is actually watching his back for him.

Clearly I have a lot to say on this subject. Glad you liked it, and, oddly, glad you found it terrifying. XD

You write MirrorVerse brilliantly.

And I love this bit too.

'“You don’t trust me?”

“Not a chance,” Kirk snorts, and the doctor laughs.

“Smart boy...”'

Dangerous McCoy. Yes.

Dangerous!McCoy also has a goatee. o.o Because that macro someone posted in the 'Hangover' battle was just too freakin' hot for words.

This was wonderfully intense. I loved every aspect of it: the pace, the dark humor and the fierceness. Truly a wonderful read. :-)

Wow o_o. Not the biggest Mirror stories lover, but this one was great!! So intense and dark and good.
Best proof ever that you can actually write porn with a good plot. You win at life.
