I was playing with the Epicurious app on my iPad and found a couple of oven fried chicken recipies. Now I've always liked OFC as a rule but some of these recipies had some good ideas so I knit them together and came up with something that's consistantly nom-tastic and always juicy

Do you think it would work with boneless breasts? I have a bag of them in the freezer, and that is what I have been craving.
