Jon Stewart, meet me at camera 3.

The fuck was wrong with you tonight, Jon? The random Bieber and the disjointed, pointless bagging on Olbermann were bad enough. But that interview. What the actual hell?

Maybe you didn’t mean to suggest that a US invasion of Egypt would be feasible. Maybe you just meant to ensure that the Joint Chiefs didn’t think it was. But it didn’t sound ( Read more... )

Ugh, what did I say the other day, about liberal heads sometimes fucking up, well I went and thought about how I would react is Jon Stewart screwed up, and decided to wait and see, 'if' that happened. I should just stop thinking and saying things, they tend to happen. He is the very last person I had ever expected to suggest US intervention. I am willing to condsider why he was, the way he was tonight, but I just don't know. After growing to be borderline psychologically dependant on Jon's word and his ability to assess the situation like no one else, this IDEK. In a back of my mind I am kind of worried about him, like what brought this on, is there something wrong.

And Justin Bieber, people like him should never be anywhere near shows like TDS and people like Jon, I mean he is not old enough to watch it.

But I still cannot comprehend how I am going to handle the whole week without TDS and TCR, especially int the time like now.

I'll just go and drown my dissapointment in British TV

I know exactly how you feel. I'm definitely intellectually, and often emotionally, dependent on hearing Jon's commentary on important issues. I mean I don't always agree with him, but I always say he's the only person to whom I'd pledge unconditional allegiance because I trust his word so fully ( ... )

Oh, I do love Jon very much, and really I am just a bit stumped because I am not used to him being the one, who is unprepared for the interview. I mean, I am not angry, lost faith or anything, that would be silly, just confused and a bit worried about him.
