Baby Tubs
Why would I need one versus a sink? What are the advantages?

I need this to convince my husband of a need due to my discomfort of using our sink.

Thanks

Well I would certainly think that a tub is much easier to clean than a sink. Unless you want to bleach the sink and scrub it down before every bath. The tub would probably be more comfortable as the way it is shaped the baby lie down in it where with a sink you sort of have to hold them. Wish I could be more help on that but I'm sure those who have children can tell you better.

Why isn't "Because I'm uncomfortable bathing the child in the sink" sufficient reason?

This.

That you have to think of a reason to convince him becomes the reason - the possibility of not finding a good enough reason adds to your personal discomfort and stress, and that's bad.

I could give some other reasons, but I think after Boutell's comment, there is nothing more to say.

Ditto! And I'm a Mom; been there, done that. Baby tubs have the Mom Seal of Approval.

Baby tub=sanitary sink/bath (as others have said)

Baby tub also not cold metal in which you put baby on. And you don't use as much water!!!!
