It could be all the protein you are processing that is making you so thirsty. Is this "fat burning" like you find in Atkins or South Beach? That'd be the ketosis kicking in.
I need to skate more. I have been lazy. REALLY lazy. I hate summers for figure skating. There is only one ice time that isn't PACKED and it's usually 7:15-8:15 a.m. I was bad and stepped on the scale at my friend's house. I really shouldn't hit the scale, but I was feeling "heavy". Yup, sure enough since my low weight pre-ACen, I've gained at least 5 lbs. (And hot damn I looked good... gotta get back into Skinny Sciuto and Izumi Curtis with the guns!)
Yeah, it's a mild ketosis. Enough that I start burning off fat, not enough that I'll lose my muscle mass. And once I get used to the food intake, I'll start walking at work again.
I'm actually really impressed. I'm bloated right now because of girly times, and since I started, it's gone down significantly, even with the water consumption. As it is, I'm gonna try the vanilla shakes for my snack before bed. Mmmm, shake.
