Yes, technically -- EU Luke married the gorgon before Anakin and Padmé got together romantically, although maybe not before they met. I forget if the EU Luke/gorgon wedding happened before or after TPM came out.

A/P were pre-destined; we all knew Anakin Skywalker was married. EU Luke/gorgon -- NOT pre-destined despite what their fans may think. In fact, LFL Literature had entirely other plans for Luke until they invited Zahn to write his duology and he agreed, but only if he were permitted to yoke Luke to the gorgon. Zahn himself said he encountered a lot of resistance from them on that point.

Although one could make the argument that the ultimate SW couple is R2-D2 and C3PO. ;-)
