Hmm. I honestly haven't posted there in years - the atmosphere of it really changed after HBP, and IMO not for the better. Maybe this interview has lightened things up a bit, though.

That said, I take it the fic was all right? :)

I wonder if this would be acceptable to post at Portkey - or would the fact that I have a R/Hr kiss scene (however ill-fated) in there kill that possibility?

From what I've seen, especially post JKR + Emma interview, people are both giddy and amused. The bitterness is gone, for the most part. (Except for people like me, haha.) And the comm was pretty slow/quiet for a looong time, but it's not dead.

And the fic was MORE than "all right," excuse you. :P

I just saw your post at PK!!! \o/ And I think their main rule is that fic should have a heavy focus on Harry/Hermione (and if they get together, even better). Slash/femslash isn't really allowed, though.
