I assume you mean the bit in the hospital. ;) I'm always leery of a pregnancy storyline...but I'm reserving judgment, because the reveal was done so well. No sound, just body language - it was great. I'm going to have to re-watch it a few times. :D
So I'm happier short term, compared to how I felt after the fourth season finale, but I just hope they can further this storyline tastefully, and not as an obvious attempt to up the ratings. They've surpassed my expectations before, so we'll see.
Oh, John and Jenna were amazing in that scene - their expressions and body language absolutely sold me: the shock on Pam's face, the smiles, Jim being flushed, the little tears in his eyes, the catch in his voice as he's talking to Dwight. (He did just as beautifully as Hayden did in a certain similar scene in RotS, I think.) It's a crime to me that neither of them has an Emmy yet.
In the short term, I think I'm happy. And because of the format of the show, taking place primarily in the workplace, it shouldn't be hard to not have the baby storyline take over. Heck, after all, J/P have been engaged all season, and we barely saw any of that. And fortunately for them, working with Michael has already made them experienced parents. ;)
And yes, it definitely beats the anvil-on-the-head contrivance of last season's finale. Ugh.
