So the big news going around the list - the Croc Hunter died. I've seen a few not so nice comments out there about his death - that he "had it coming" or whatever. Even if you don't feel bad for him, I'd hope there'd be at least some sympathy for his wife and kids, unless you can say they "had it coming" too. It's horrible for kids as young as ( Read more... )

I never cared for the guy- I'm not into animal shows or anything, but it's very sad. He was only 44! And I really feel for his wife and kids- at least they'll have ways to see their father as they grow up, on TV shows and such.

I wasn't into his shows, but I respected the guy. He dedicated his life to conservation and inspiring people to take an interest in nature. For that and for the loss his family is facing, it sure is sad news.

His cause was something we should all take part in... He died doing what he loved and at peace. My heart goes out to Terri, Bindi and Bob.

I really hope I don't come across some of the not so nice comments!
