Lovely work! :) 3,4, and 15 are especially pretty, and 15 makes me chuckle. I also really like 21.
Oh, and by the way, I tried looking up Birthmarked, but neither library has it. :( (The uni library does, however, have plenty of online articles that review the book. ;))
Mmhmm, your post in the Books thread interested me. :) *coughs* Well, the public library does do ILLs, but there's a few and I've bucked at that. :P BUT, I think the uni library does free ILLs, so if I get over the fact that I might get a few weird looks for ILLing YA fiction, I could try there for Birthmarked (and a few others). Regardless, I'll let you know if/when I get a chance to read it. :)
By the way, my sister read Divergent as well and had a few issues with it also. I can't remember what all she didn't like, but character assassination (figuratively and literally, apparently!) was one thing, I think...
They charge a FEE for ILL? That is most put-outing. : P I can certainly understand your not wanting to do that. I'm so glad I've gotten some people interested - while it's not a WONDERFUL!!!!! book, I did enjoy it quite a bit. If you do read Birthmarked, I would love to hear what you think.
Hmmm... Divergent character assassination.... I certainly remember the literal instances! Quite a few of those, and not all justified, I think. I'll have to think on figurative assassinations. : P

I like the effects on the almost stained glass Narnia ones, and also 25, 26, 31...

That's too bad about Birthmarked being currently unavailable to you. But I sure am glad you want to read it! Does your library do "Interibrary loans"?
