This is lovely and so true to both characters. I love both of them separately, but Cho and Grace friendship is even better! :) This is "awww" in all the right ways and a testament to Grace's strength. I like how you wrote Grace as vulnerable but not self-pitying. She's not broken. She's fine-as fine as someone in her position is to be expected. She's human, though, so of course she has her moments. Even then, I don't see her as weak; in fact, I'd argue that allowing yourself to be held is a sign of real strength because the strong understand their own limits. Cho is note-perfect in this. I adore his silent supportive self; no one does it better! He doesn't pry; he just shows he cares with his presence. Two wonderfully strong characters. Thanks for writing them together; Cho+Grace is a dash of sunshine. :)
