Yes, there are curses that can significantly alter one's personality, or in my case that day, lessen inhibitions to the point of removing them entirely.

I don't honestly know. Both you and Donna have experienced things moving inside the TARDIS, the TARDIS itself has moved... There could be any number of things wrong.

And as for why this could be happening? Well, if it isn't due to the curse, it could be related to the Doctor leaving. TARDISes and their pilots... well especially in his case, it's a unique situation.
